Professional Speaker and Storyteller

Blake Williams, Friendship Junior High Teacher

“I was very impressed with Alex Lang's presentation regarding his own experiences and his discussion of race, immigration, and inclusivity. Alex understood his audience particularly well, as he used quick cuts, images and he connected with engaged the audience throughout. He took what would normally be an uncomfortable subject for many by being honest, vulnerable, and forthcoming about race, redlining, and American history.”

Alex is the author of three books: Restorative Faith, Restorative Beauty, and the children’s book, The Forest.

Alex draws on his experience of leadership, team management and cultural change to craft messages that instruct, inspire and transform.

Alex’s is a filmmaker whose recent work focuses on art house shorts and trailers. His feature film Shadows (2008) won Best in Show in a regional film festival.
